Miramichi Climate Change Adaptation Survey

In 2018, the City of Miramichi created a climate change adaptation plan. In the first phase of this project, we identified impacts and risks of climate change on local residents, businesses, the economy, and the environment. We then ranked these risks with input from many City departments and officials, the Regional Service Commission, and the Province. Finally, we created a strategy for reducing the negative impacts of climate change and taking advantage of opportunities where available.

In this next phase of the project, we are reaching out to the community to provide input on updates to the Plan. By completing this survey, you will help us to determine our next steps!
