Community Business Development Corporation (CBDC)
 The CBDC Northumberland assists in the creation, expansion and modernization
of small and medium sized businesses (SME's) residing in Northumberland County,
New Brunswick. We assist by providing financial and technical services/programs
to entrepreneurs which include the following:

Financing |

Business Loan Program |
| |
Term loan financing to viable business ventures. The majority of loans
granted are limited to a $75,000 ceiling. However, on an exceptional
basis, loan limits to a $125,000 ceiling are available to any one individual. |

ConneXion |

Youth SEED ConneXion Program |
| |
This program was launched by the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency
(ACOA) to help address some of the greater obstacles facing young entrepreneurs.
Loans granted are limited to a $15,000 ceiling. A non-repayable grant
up to $2000 is also available for specialized training and business counseling. |

Self-Employment Benefit (S.E.B.) Program |

A federal/provincial sponsored job creation initiative available to
qualified entrepreneurs for up to 45 weeks of financial assistance and
business training. |

The Entrepreneur Program |
| |
A provincially delivered job creation initiative to help unemployed
New Brunswickers create jobs for themselves through self-employment.
Provincially guaranteed loans granted are limited to a $10,000 ceiling. |
