Chief of Police – Earl M.
Campbell
The Chief Executive Officer of Miramichi Police Force is responsible for
managing and directing the police force to fulfill the responsibilities
of the municipality, and to provide and maintain adequate police service
in the city. This is in accordance with the objectives, priorities, and
policies established by Council and in accordance with the NB Police
Act and Regulations. Deputy
Chief of Police – Paul Douglas Fiander
The Deputy Chief assists the Chief of Police in managing and directing
all members of the Force and all police services.
Force Chaplain – Auxiliary
Inspector Cecil Symes
The force chaplain offers religious and moral guidance, pastoral care,
counseling, and referral to members of the Force and their families.
Executive Assistant to the Chief – Judy Sipes
The EA to the Chief is responsible for the administrative
and clerical needs of Miramichi Police Force and the Chief of
Police and
also supervises
and directs police clerical support staff and co-ordinates the
City Crosswalk Guard Program.
Secretary/PORS – Stacey Hare
The secretary/PORS performs a variety of secretarial duties for
the department and provides support in the maintenance of
the Police Operating Records
System (PORS).
Court Secretary – Stacey Dunfield
The court secretary performs a variety of secretarial duties
for the department which includes the preparation and
maintenance of
all court
documents effecting
quality control.
Clerk Receptionist – Shandel
Saunders The clerk receptionist performs a variety of clerical
and secretarial duties for the department.
