City receives "Award of Merit" for "Paul J. Hayes P.Eng Wastewater Treatment Plant" project.

The Association of Consulting Engineers of Canada awarded its Award of Merit to the Paul J. Hayes Wastewater Treatment project. The award recognizes Canadian excellence and innovation in engineering.

Dave Crandall, P.Eng of ADI Ltd. project manager, presents the plaque to Mayor Rupert Bernard. Crandall who received the award at the Annual Awards Gala said upon receiving the award, "It's really quite an engineering accomplishment, not only is it creative and environmentally responsible, the concept provided major savings to the City of Miramichi."
