Bi-Centennial Park
Access: Off Hwy 126 on the Sutton Road or off Hwy 126 on Dollard Street to St. Patrick Street. Turn left approximately ½ mile.
Parking: Along edge of park or in Nelson school parking lot.
Park Description: This park sits on the banks of the Miramichi River with a picturesque view of Beaubear’s Island. There are picnic tables, benches, a boat ramp and docks available. Boat tours to the island are available from Ritchie’s Wharf.

Ritchie Wharf
Access: Off Hwy 8 in Miramichi West on to Miramichi Boulevard.
Parking: Parking provided just inside park entrance.
Park Description: This shipbuilding theme park offer a boardwalk, playground, boat launch, docking facilities and shops featuring crafts, ice cream, take out food, restaurants, souvenirs, and artists galleries. There is also entertainment offered free of charge on Sunday afternoons from 2pm to 4pm beginning in May and concluding in September.
Waterford Green
Access: Located off Water Street on Loggie Drive to the left of the Miramichi River Lodge.
Parking: Along the Waterfront next to the Miramichi River Lodge.
Park Description: A great spot to relax and watch the boats on the Miramichi River. There are picnic tables and benches as well as free entertainment on Friday evenings from 7pm to 9pm during the summer months.

Access: Situated in the core of Miramichi West Business District off King George Hwy down Newcastle Blvd.

Access: Just off Hwy 8 on Marina Drive in Miramichi North next to the Douglastown Community Centre and Marina.

Park Description: A winding path which makes its way up the Miramichi River with picnic tables and benches along the way taking you up to the Historic Rankin House and Seaman Hospital.
