The City of Miramichi requests the assistance of its residents in the Christmas tree cleanup. Residents are asked to bring their tree prior to January 14th, 2026, to one of the following locations:
• Newcastle: Cardinal Field, Beaverbrook Road
• Douglastown/Ferry Road-Millbank area: Former Cross Country Ski Club property, Williston Road
• Chatham: Behind the Water Tower, University Avenue
• Nelson/Chatham Head/Douglasfield: Beside the Al O’Neil Boy Scout Hall
• Loggieville: Corner of Manse Street and MacDougall Street in front of the Water Tower.
Trees will be chipped again this year at these sites.
NOTE: There will be no curbside pickup of trees.
