Christmas closures for City buildings and operations

Miramichi City Hall and other city administrative offices will be close on Wednesday, December 24th at 12 p.m. and will reopen on Friday, January 2nd, 2026.

For maintenance emergencies, please call the Public Works after hours line at 506-623-2241. That line is available for 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

The gyms and pools at the Golden Hawk and Miramichi Valley High School will be closed from December 24th, 2025 to January 1st, 2026.

The Miramichi Civic Centre and the Lord Beaverbrook Arena will be closed from December 24th, 2025 to December 26th, 2025 and from December 31st, 2025 to January 1st, 2026.
