BY-LAW NO. 130

A BY-LAW TO ESTABLISH AND DEFINE THE DUTIES AND POWERS OF THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER OF THE CITY OF MIRAMICHI

Under Sections 15(3) of the Local Governance Act, public notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Miramichi proposes to enact By-Law No. 130 A By-Law to establish and define the duties and powers of the Chief Administrative Officer of the City of Miramichi.

 The subject matter of this by-law is as follows:

  • SECTION 1 – NAME

  • SECTION 2 – DEFINITIONS

  • SECTION 3 – APPOINTMENT

  • SECTION 4 – POWERS AND DUTIES

  • SECTION 5 – COMPENSATION AND PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL

  • SECTION 7 – PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

  • SECTION 9 -   ORGANIZATION

  • SECTION 10 - ENACTMENT  

The proposed By-Law No. 130 may be examined by any interested person on any day, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., at the City Clerk’s Office, 141 Henry Street, Miramichi, NB.
