A Public Hearing for PID 40191884 (East of Walsh Avenue at King Street and Walsh Avenue) was held on Tuesday, September 23 at 6 p.m. at the Kin Centre. (An audio only recording is available.)

The City of Miramichi intends to consider amendments to its Municipal Plan, being By-Law No. 109 entitled “City of Miramichi Municipal Plan By-Law” and By-Law No. 110 entitled “City of Miramichi Zoning By-Law.

The purpose of the proposed amendment is to permit a change in land use designation from “Industrial” to “Residential” for the property described as PID 40191884, located east of Walsh Avenue at King Street and Walsh Avenue, Miramichi.
