Greater Miramichi Regional Service Commission – Planning Services- “Talk to a Planner”

PLAN AHEAD!

Are you a novice or experienced developer looking to start a multi-unit residential, business, office, retail, commercial or industrial project in the City of Miramichi? Is your property zoned correctly? Are you concerned with how existing and future rules that govern development may affect your project?

WE WANT TO HEAR FROM YOU!

GMRSC – Planning Services will work with you to ensure that your project and the zoning of your property are considered in the review and update of the City of Miramichi’s Municipal Plan and its “rulebooks” for development. These documents will manage growth and development within the City over the 10-year planning period representing 2020 through to 2030.

For more information or to set up an appointment, please contact Justin Forbes, GMRSC – Planning Services Manager, by phone at 506-778-5330 or e-mail jforbes@rsc5.ca.
