Public Notice for Reading in its Entirety

BY-LAW NO. 109-34, A BY-LAW TO AMEND BY-LAW NO. 109, CITY OF MIRAMICHI MUNICIPAL PLAN BY-LAW

Under Sections 15(3) of the Local Governance Act, public notice is hereby given that the Council of the City of Miramichi proposes to enact By-Law No. 109-34 A By-Law to Amend By-Law No. 109, City of Miramichi Municipal Plan By-Law.

The subject matter of this by-law is as follows:

          SECTION 4 – RESIDENTIAL

          SECTION 6 – COMMERCIAL

The proposed By-Law No. 109-34 may be examined by any interested person on any day, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., at the City Clerk’s Office, 141 Henry Street, Miramichi, NB.
