Notice of Public Presentation - PID 404796820 (1700 King George Highway)
The City of Miramichi intends to consider amendments to its Municipal Plan, being By-Law No. 109 entitled “City of Miramichi Municipal Plan By-Law”.
The purpose of the proposed amendment is to permit a change in land use designation from “Residential” to “Commercial” for the property described as PID 40496820 located at 1700 King George Highway, Miramichi, NB.
The Council will proceed with a Public Presentation of the proposed amendment on March 10, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall, 141 Henry Street, Miramichi, NB.
Interested parties may inspect the proposed by-law online at the City’s website www.miramichi.org by searching “Proposed By-Laws”, or at City Hall during regular operating hours.
